Welcome to Global Welding Training Test Consultancy (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services as a client/employer (“you”, “your”) seeking to hire candidates through our platform, network, or recruitment services.

  1. Services Provided

We offer recruitment and staffing services, including but not limited to:

  • Candidate sourcing and screening
  • Temporary and permanent placements
  • Background verification
  • Human resource consultation

The scope of services shall be mutually agreed upon in writing for each hiring engagement.

  1. Client Responsibilities

As a job provider, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete job descriptions
  • Cooperate in interview scheduling and feedback
  • Treat all candidates fairly and respectfully
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate data
  1. Fees and Payment Terms
  • A fee will be charged for each successful placement, as per the agreed rate in our service agreement or contract.
  • Invoices are due within [15/30] days of issuance unless otherwise stated.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension.
  1. Replacement Guarantee

If a hired candidate leaves or is terminated within [e.g., 90 days], we offer a one-time free replacement or credit, subject to terms agreed in our service contract.

  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and personal information shared during the course of engagement, including resumes, business strategies, and candidate assessments.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee the performance or conduct of any candidate once hired. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant placement. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement by giving [30] days’ written notice. All outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.

  1. Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable labor laws, data protection regulations, and anti-discrimination policies in relation to candidates and hiring practices.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].

  1. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

To Communicate with You: We may use your information to respond to your inquiries, provide customer service support, send you important information about the services, and marketing communications (with your consent) via different channels, including but not limited to SMS, Email, RCS, WhatsApp, and Voice.
